I Actually Used This To Fix My Health

Before we get started today, I’m going to give a quick personal ad that I think can help you all as much as it helped me. I know everyone lies for ad money these days but honestly, it really messed me up how much Superpower helped me stop feeling terrible so I can create again since doctors couldn’t figure out.

Recently, I wasn’t feeling right, low energy, a lot of brain fog. As usual, my primary care doctor doesn’t care, despite the fact that I have great insurance and go to one of the top care specialists in America, the insurance companies have them shuffle you in and out. I had long heard there were really expensive tests you could get done to get real answers, but recently a friend told me one of those services, SuperPower, has scaled to make this affordable and only a few hundred bucks for thorough full tests that show you how to improve your health. So I decided to be a guinea pig, and now I am telling everyone I can what a game-changer it is. Not only did they do a blood and urine test that gave me a ton of information, but they also gave me a full plan to improve my health, including supplements I could affordably source myself, diet, and exercise recommendations that were specific to my issues, and sure enough, they worked. More of my friends tried it and we all saw cheap results and better care than we get from our traditional doctors. I know for some of you this will be way more helpful than another AI news ad or some playlist thing, so if you haven’t been feeling right, I have been shocked how much this has helped my friends and me.

Quick update on where we're at with the workbook. There's a small piece on association still to come, and then we get into the world-building section, which is going to be a big drop. This one sits in between, the transitional close to section one, and I think it's one of the important ones.

I put these up at the last minute every time, right before I have to do the next episode, because I'm a fucking perfectionist and I drive myself fucking crazy over them. But this chapter matters. So many of you tell me your motivation dips and comes back and dips again. A lot of that happens because we're not watering the plant, so it wilts. This chapter is about how you water it and how you feed yourself the nutrition that keeps you growing.

Grow at something you're interested in

One of the keys to feeling growth, to feeling like your artistic flower is actually blooming, to even being less depressed, is to grow at something you're interested in. That's where the chapter starts. There are two questions in the workbook you can ask yourself to find that, and then a way to get stronger at it.

Your nutrition is not everyone's nutrition

Nutrition is different for all of us. I had an emotional consulting call yesterday that pushed me to move this chapter up, and it got me thinking about this a lot. Someone will say, "This record saved my life," and when a record saves your life, you feel the need to tell somebody. You need to express it, and it means the world to say it. But what heals me is not hearing that. My trauma and what heals it are different from someone else's, and that's the whole point. We each have to learn what our own nutrition is.
